for partidas, you can translate "budget entries" or "budgetary allowances" Explanation: for Plan de Cuentas, I would use Account Program or Account Plan. Good luck! |

The Accounting System uses data from the balance of, [etc] Explanation: There wasn't enough room so here goes again: The Accounting System uses data from the balance of the various accounts and subsidiary accounts and amounts recorded [or entries] in the Chart of Accounts [could be General Ledger also] of this Superintendencia. I would have to have more information to do better. For example not sure of Supertintencia here because there is not enough context. The plan de cuentas is usually an official, legally mandated way of setting up accounts. :) |

Chart of Accounts Explanation: We use 'Chart of Accounts' for plan de cuentas or plan contable. The moment you add 'budget/ary' you're already invoking 'aspectos presupuestarios' and that is a different matter altogether. If you check http://eurodic.ip.lu:8086//cgi-bin/edicbin/expert.pl you will see that in an accounting context, partidas is usually "items" in English and "entries" as it was suggested, is used for "ingresos" (as in "anotaciones efectuadas" or strictly as in an entry.
