Asker: It's better than anything I've come up with, but I can't reconcile using decommissioning in conjunction with what I believe must be commission payments. Do you think that it might be talking about the reversal of a commission payment? Or could decomisionamiento just mean something completely different? This has to do with representing and selling consumer goods.
