Consideraciones Generales para los Desembolsos:

Los desembolsos anteriormente establecidos, se efectuarán por la Entidad Contratante, en pesos
colombianos.

Estos desembolsos se efectuarán dentro de los treinta (30) días calendario siguiente a la fecha de presentación de la cuenta de cobro correspondiente, previa aprobación por el interventor de las condiciones
requeridas para cada desembolso.

En el caso en que el cumplimiento de la condición no se dé en la oportunidad señalada en el numeral 5.1 del
presente Pliego de Condiciones, la Entidad Contratante no efectuará el desembolso hasta cuando el
proponente no evidencie el cumplimiento de las obligaciones respectivas, *previo concepto del Interventor*.

Si el Proponente no cumple con las metas fijadas en del presente Pliego de Condiciones, la Entidad Contratante
podrá imponer las sanciones establecidas en el Contrato de Fomento.

La Entidad Contratante se reserva el derecho de descontar de los recursos a desembolsar el valor de
aquellas visitas adicionales que el Interventor deba realizar por causas imputables al Proponente siempre que existan los recursos. En caso contrario, el Proponente asume la responsabilidad por financiar estas visitas adicionales. Para lo anterior, las visitas necesarias para la verificación de la solución de problemas pendientes, se consideran como visitas adicionales imputables al Proponente.
