Spanish term or phrase: revoluciones mensuales
This is actually from a texr by an Argentine artist in the 1970s, but I think it refers to monthly reports...

monthly revolts

Explanation:
This could be a possibility, depending on what kind of "revoluciones" the text refers to.

uprisings on a monthly basis

Explanation:
A (perhaps less revolting) suggestion, I think it fits nicely with the tone of the piece.
For brevity, we have "monthly uprisings":
up·ris·ing: Noun: An act of resistance or rebellion; a revolt: "an armed uprising".

BTW - I think this is a pro-level query.

Another nice synonym is "insurrection"...
in·sur·rec·tion - Noun: A violent uprising against an authority or government: "opposition to the new regime led to armed insurrection".
