I did post this as part of another query, but didn't want it to be overlooked. It is part of an import permit and comes at the end of a paragraph of instructions about submitting documentation to various authorities.

I'm not sure if it is a complete sentence or two seperate unrelated phrases. sorry for not giving more context, I'm not sure which would be beneficial

Explanation:
As indicated in my comments on you previous question. As I said there, it refers to the expediente, which is to be sent to the Servicios Ganaderos; when they've finished with it, they have to return it.

As indicated in my comments on you previous question. As I said there, it refers to the expediente, which is to be sent to the Servicios Ganaderos; when they've finished with it, they have to return it.

agree  psicutrinius: yes: Spanish legalese at its best (or worst...). Though, it being imperative tense, "File upon return" seems closer to the original.
