Both titles appear in same Birth Certificate, with two different names.

I assumed they were pretty much the same thing. Any ideas on how they are different????????

You can probably find more, just Google both terms together, each one in " ". They apparently have been changing the laws and thus the terminology, but in a generic sense to anyone else they are the same.

These are literal translations, but I've never liked to use "Vital Statistics" as a translation either. These should work.
