The REA states as to its meaning: "ser a proposito para algún fin.” Therefore the phrase “partes conducentes” refers to the elements of the document which are meant to produce a result or results in particular. The English “hereby” according to the OED has a similar use in Anglo-Saxon legalese in that it means: “as a result of this document or utterance.”
