Spanish term or phrase: Col. (on a Guatemalan birth certificate)
I am translating a Guatemalan birth certificate. On it, it says: "atendió el parto Dr. [Name] Col. 2384." Does anyone know what "Col." stands for? I also posted on Wordreference and someone guessed it may have been referring to the "colegio médico" (medical association) that the doctor belongs to. Is that correct? Thank you!
