Estoy traduciendo un acta de matrimonio venezolana. En la certificación (mal redactada) dice:

"Yo, [nombre 1], Registrador Principal del estado Carabobo, doy fe de que el ciudadano abogado [nombre 2], Registrador Civil del Municipio Bejuma, Estado Carabobo, titular de la cédula de identidad [número], **es como se titula**, para la fecha de expedición de este documento y que la firma que lo autoriza es la misma que utiliza en todos sus actos públicos. La presente legalización no conlleva opinión de forma ni de fondo del contenido del presente documento."

Sé que "quien es como se titula" aparece en los glosarios, pero siempre seguida de un cargo; en este caso queda en el aire y se supone que se refiere al cargo que aparece al final del acta de matrimonio (página anterior) y después de [nombre 2]. ¿Hay alguna manera de expresarlo en inglés? ¿O coloco algo como "is indeed such civil registrar"? Se trata de una traducción certificada.
