Spanish term or phrase: Conducente (Certificación de Matrimonio Conducente)
I'm looking for ideas on how to render "conducente" in "Certificación de Matrimonio Conducente." The context is the title of a Guatemalan marriage certificate from 2004. I've combed the threads on various uses of "conducente" in legal texts, and can't find anything that fits this title. I came up with "Certification of Admissible Marriage," but this seems very unnatural and the sense seems slightly off. I'm wondering if "conducente" is a formality that could be omitted, rendering it simply as "Certificate of Marriage"?

Explanation:
Just a guess here, because I couldn't find any online references to this title from Guatemala, but I'm thinking it may be shorthand for "en lo conducente", i.e., a certification of just the most relevant details from the register entry. "En lo conducente" is a phrase often used in Mexico in notarial certifications, where they cite only the relevant information they require from another document.

Short Form Marriage Certificate:
The Short Form Marriage Certificate contains basic information: names of parties to the marriage, date of marriage, place of marriage, registration number, registration date and date issued.

I've used a hyphen here because in my opinion it should be written as "short-form marriage certificate", despite how the reference above is worded.
