Hello

I'm translating a Plant Safety Configuration Manual and can't make sense of this sentence. Your help is appreciated.

Motivo de la edición y/o resumen de cambios:

13/12/2014: Revisar método a seguir cuando se abra una CSP por dejar el CO2 de TGs, alternadores o UBAs fuera de servicio

Thanks

Review the method to open.....
Explanation:
Review the method to open a/one "CSP" in order to take the CO2 from/for the "TGs", the alternators or the "UBAs" out of service.

The sentence seems straightforward, I guess you need help with the terms? I'm not sure about the initialisms CSP, TGs and UBAs, whether they are in English or Spanish. We need more context for those terms (or a native Spanish translator might know). In which case you might need to post them as separate questions.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks Neil. I'll send a query to the client. TG is gas turbine and CO2 in the rest of the document refers to carbon dioxide. Not sure what the others are. But even with these two bits of info, the sentence still doesn't make sense to me.
