Stephen D: I don't think "seating capacity" works when the text is about hotels, but "capacity" on its own might work. // It's also strange calling a hotel a venue, unless it'll be used for an event of some kind... Some more context might help.

snathdag: As yourself and Steve have noted, "seating" is too specific ("aforo" just means capacity and can apply to standing only concert venues). It's not clear from the question whether the capacity refers to beds or function suites / conference halls or both.
