Spanish term or phrase: áreas dadas de baja lógica
Context: "Este check permite filtrar por las áreas dadas de baja lógica."

It's a cell from an Excel file. Part of an automated system whereby experts evaluate submissions sent in to the Spanish Agencia Nacional de Evaluación y Prospectiva.

In other parts of the file, "áreas" refers to the experts' fields of knowledge in which they work.

Many thanks in advance.

non-active fields
Explanation:
I believe the "lógica" part refers to the fact it is on a computer system. This would be a given so it can probably be dropped, especially if you have recovered the meaning (that this is on a computer) in another part of the text.

Your complete sentence:

This check allow filtering out non-active/inactive fields.

areas ruled out

Explanation:
If you are keen to maintain the notion of "logica" you could maybe use "areas logically ruled out" which to me somehow sounds OK but upon careful scrutiny says no more than the basic meaning (areas not counted in the assessment/survey etc).
