Hello all. I need the natural way of expressing "registro" in English in this context, in computer speak - excuse the ignorance. It's from a description of the program requirements for a program that will be used to enter (?) all the information when closing-out a transportation route for the day, that is, when the crew arrives back at the base with the items picked up on their route. As you can see there are two uses of the term, one is "el registro" as in the action of entering(?) the information and the other is "el registro" as in the information/entry(?) itself (should include...). In the first case, I wonder if we need to say in English, something like, the system should allow THE USER to enter... Thanks in advance for the help!

El sistema debe permitir el registro de la ventanilla en la cual se realizara el proceso de rendición de la ruta, en el registro se incluye el numero de la ruta que será rendida.
El sistema debe permitir: El registro de los Vigilantes que conforma las tripulación, este registro se debe poder realizar por lectura de código de barras del carné, RFID del carné y/o lectura biométrica.
El sistema debe permitir registrar los motivos del cambio de tripulantes asociados a la ruta, el sistema a su vez deberá guardar registro de la autorización generada.
