A cold dish on a "cocktail" menu:
Cucharilla de Patata a la Vainilla con Huevas de Trufa
I only know one meaning for trufa (truffle), so does it mean that they are small pieces of truffle and that "huevas" is used metaphorically? Or am I on the wrong track - does trufa have another (fishy) meaning?

I wonder if this isn't a mistake, since it is indeed a typo on one of the very few documents that contains this term. Have a look:

-1 litro de nata.
-80 gramos de patata.
