English translation:our own fried fish (platter) with shrimp
Explanation:
Friturilla is another way of saying "fritura", and it's usually (though not necessary) fried fish. It can also be "mixed fry" so you can use that if any doubt, but the inclusion of shrimp leads me to believe it's a fried fish platter.

Our specially prepared shrimp stirfry

Explanation:
Fritura could be stirfry?

Literally "a nuestra manera" is in our own way" but we wouldn't say that in American English.
Another possibility might be "homemade"

Mixed Fry with Prawns "à la..."

Explanation:
Dear Ailish,

For fritura, since we don't know if it's all made of fish, I suggest "mixed fry", which is a fritura with many things, AND prawns (gambas) -

As for "a nuestra manera", I suggest a nice expression very usual in restaurants. I don't know the restaurant name, but imagine it is "Restaurante Emilio":

"Mixed Fry with Prawns à la Emilio"

Sounds very "gastronómico" :)

Suerte, Flavio
