supongo que "lubina de caña" significa "pescada con caña", pero cuál sería la expresión idónea en inglés?

Sería algo así como "baked sea bass...", pero, y la "caña"??

agree  AlwaysMoving: "Fishing rod" SupPosedly? one is cought in a rod and lifted, the other, who knows how long is been in the lines and bruised around!

  -> Cheers, yeah, it s caught in the traditional way. In the markets here in Madrid they sell Hake (merluza) similarly caught, its always a fair bit dearer
