Por acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de esta Universidad, del 11 de mayo 1992, la mención no presentado **no agota convocatoria de examen a efectos de cómputo total** de las mismas, a partir del curso 1991-1992, inclusive.

This appears at the bottom of the list of credits relating to a degree certificate, can anyone help clarify what this means? Does it roughly mean that the subjects where the student wasn't present are still taken into account in the calculation of the average marks? Thanks in advance

In other words, non-attendance does not mean that they drop the course from counting in the grade point average..
