I'm not sure how these fit into hydraulic engineering, but they are both parts of a roof (BTW, that should be limahoya, not limaholla).

limahoya - intersección inclinada y entrante de dos faldones de cubierta adyacentes hacia la que confluyen las aguas. (translation: valley)
