Spanish term or phrase: Sujetos Obligados
Dentro del contexto de una resolución, aparece "Sujetos Obligados" muchísimas veces. Con respecto al tema de lavado de dinero, Marian Greenfield sugirió en su ponencia en el Primer Congreso Inernacional de Traducción Especializada en Buenos Aires, hace dos semanas, que una buena traducción para "sujetos obligados" sería "entities subject to anti-money laundering obligations". Si bien estoy de acuerdo con ella, como se repite muchísimo en mi texto, quisiera saber si a alguien se le ocurre algo más "to the point" y más corto (yo estoy en blanco), porque con tanta repetición no queda prolija una frase tan larga.
