Spanish term or phrase: refrescamiento de quebrantos
Argentine management letter from the financial auditors, containing a raft of recommendations:

I am taking "ajuste pro fisco" to mean an "increase in taxable earnings", which the company has offset against losses that would otherwise have prescribed by lapse of time. No idea how to phrase refrescamiento de quebrantos, although I do understand the underlying idea.

Any input much appreciated!
