Spanish term or phrase: LIQUIDACIÓN DE PERDIGÓN
The term comes from an annual financial statement for an olive farm in Andalusia. It appears in the Management Report and has not context other than the term as is. I've looked everywhere and the only thing that occurs to me is that it refers to killing young birds or is an abstruse olive farming term. Any help very gratefully received.
