Spanish term or phrase: el juego del teléfono descompuesto
Es un juego en el que una persona inicia transmitiendo un mensaje a la otra en voz baja y así sucesivamente, el mensaje va pasando por toda la ronda de personas hasta llegar a la última persona. Ésta lo tiene que decir en voz alta y allí verifican si el mensaje original se ha mantenido.

"To play telephone" / "The telephone game":

Play old favorites such as telephone, Simon Says, Bingo, limbo, or 20 questions. (http://www.shindigz.com/tipz.cfm?Page=tip4&pkTipSubTheme_ID=...

"Telephone"- Have the kids sit in a circle on the floor. The first player begins by whispering a phrase into the ear of the person next to him/her. One by one, each person repeats the whispered sentence as they hear it when it is whispered to them. When the last person receives the message, he/she repeats it out loud. It is usually completely different than the original statement. This game can also be played with goofy faces. The first person makes a goofy face, and then turns (with the goofy look on his/her face) to the next person. The goofy look is passed on until the last person and the first person compare goofy faces. (http://www.party411.com/games9906.html)

The Telephone Game is older than that instrument -- a whispered phrase or word is passed from child to child until at the last listener -- surprise! This was a favorite party game when the last listener had to figure out what was first said & the team who got the closest won a prize. (http://rebeccasreads.com/reviews/03chi/03petd81.html)
