Yo pondría Basins, como sinónimo de cuencas... de todos modos, te sugiero que entres a la página de la secretaría de turismo de La Rioja, que supuestamente tiene que estar también en inglés, a ver qué te tira... yo lo hice con una traducción para Tierra del Fuego...
