Government / Politics / statement to city council
Spanish term or phrase: limpia de corriente (Mexico)
Here is the context, a man is lodging a complaint about his neighbour to the city council. This is the part where he mentions all the documentation which he is bringing with him as proof.
What I am thinking is that this means that he is presenting the receipts for his property taxes and public sanitation which are up-to-date for the year 2002. Or does it mean that his electric bill is up-to-date or none of the above? I can't quite get what this is supposed to mean. Please help!!
