My translation is a medical certificate about the health of someone who was in a plane accident.
The text says: "Ha acudido a curanderos en 3 ocasiones para "hacerse llamar" pues no puede estar tranquila."
I presume "hacerse llamar" is to have some kind of spell cast to do away with a bad situation?
Any suggestions for translation?

El susto

Todos nos hemos asustado en la vida, pero el susto que aflige a los pacasmayinos es una enfermedad metafísica. Cuando alguien está asustado, es porque su alma ha salido del cuerpo. Los síntomas son: falta de apetito, palidez y debilidad en general.

Al salir el espíritu del cuerpo vaga por los cerros, lagos o a veces está cautivo por el brujo "malero". La curación se realiza haciendo volver el espíritu a su cuerpo, trabajo muy difícil, pero no imposible para el curandero.

Con el afán de recuperar el espíritu, el curandero realiza danzas misteriosas, ingiere bebrajes de hierbas y cañazo. Se entrega a luchas imaginarias con terribles dragones, contorsiona el cuerpo como un verdadero guerrero, hasta lograr rescatar el alma del poder del enemigo y hacerlo entrar al cuerpo. Si logra hacerlo el enfermo sana de inmediato.

Ya que hasta ahora no has obtenido respuesta para tu consulta en particular, yo te sugeriría hacer una nueva pregunta en la categoría de modismos (idioms) donde seguramente alguien podrá ayudarte mejor, lo anterior dado que el contexto si bien habla de curanderos, casi no tiene que ver con medicina, y son los médicos los que responden pero no este tipo de preguntas.
