see possibilities Explanation: Peter, I would need a little more context to be able to help out on this one. I know this is an insurance case, but does it involve a traffic accident? I have seen the "Código de Circulación" abbreviated as "C Ci". If this fits, this may be referring to the Spanish Traffic Code. Another possibility would be the Spanish "Código Civil" which is usually abbreviated simply by "CC" and not "CCI", but art. 1902 of the Civil Code does seem to fit your context: Artículo 1902 El que por acción u omisión causa daño a otro, interviniendo culpa o negligencia, está obligado a reparar el daño causado http://civil.udg.es/normacivil/estatal/CC/4T16.htm Or it may be "none of the above"! |
