Spanish term or phrase: visitas no manuales
I am having trouble finding the correct concept to translate this term. This is an Insurance Policy, and the term is used in a paragraph that defines the "Geographic Limitations" of the coverage. It reads as follows:

"En cualquier parte del mundo con respecto a las operaciones domiciliadas en Peru incluyendo sus exportaciones y ***visitas no manuales*** de directores y empleados."

All I can think of is that this is one of those "paradigm terms" that sprouts from modern realities: (Visitas Manuales = Physical Presence) and (Visitas No Manuales = Virtual Presence), hence my attempt at translating it would look like this:

"Anywhere in the world regarding the operations based in Peru including exports, and ***virtual*** management and employee visits."

But maybe I'm drifting too far out into conceptual space, what do you think?
Thanks in advance!

agree  Frensp: The insurance industry usually refers to "non manual visits" and "non manual workers" which one may Google for examples.
