Wow, found a term that's not in kudoz. Putting it out there in case someone knows what the equivalent term is in the US/UK, and in case it pops up in the future. Not a translation, but the actual term that's used. Thanks.

Valor de reemplazamiento bruto o a nuevo
Es la suma de las inversiones que serían necesarias para construir, en la fecha de la valoración, otro inmueble de las mismas características (capacidad, uso, calidad, etc.) pero utilizando tecnología y materiales de construcción actuales.

Context:
"...mantenerlo vigente durante la vigencia del Préstamo por una suma que como mínimo cubra el valor de reemplazamiento bruto, excluido el valor del suelo."
