I am not sure if this text refers to canceling a debt or paying it off.

"XXX se obliga a cancelar íntegramente en esta misma fecha el Crédito 2004 a Refinanciar así como las garantías otorgadas por razón del mismo y los Obligados que correspondan se obligan a cancelar la restante Deuda del Grupo a Refinanciar y las garantías otorgadas en relación con la misma, con carácter simultáneo a la realización de cada Disposición del Crédito destinada a dicha finalidad."

In my opinion, if it actually were "to cancel" then a different verb would have been used, such as "rescindir" or "revocar" or "anular", etc.
