Spanish term or phrase: activo patrimonial
"Patrimonial" seems to have many meanings in English. I am tempted to put "patrimonial assets", but would like a second opinion.

assets
Explanation:
patrimonial just refers to equity, or in this case, the value of the company's ownership share of its property, equipment, investments, intangible assets, etc.

Equity = Assets plus Liabilities.

In English we just say "assets" to refer to activo patrimonial.

agree  DCypher (X): Assets, yes. But Equity = Assets minus liabilities and "patrimonial" is added to differentiate assets from income items (which could also be activo)
