Sigh! This is yet another one of those contracts where the lawyer seems to be intent on using every last synonym in the dictionary!

This is a contract for the sale of a large industrial complex. The seller is declaring (longwindedly!) that there are no lawsuits pending against the property:

CONTEXT: "Que, salvo lo contemplado en el Anexo ZZZ, no ha sido notificada ni tiene conocimiento de que existan en su contra ***demandas, denuncias o reclamos***, sea ante tribunales ordinarios, especiales o de cualquier naturaleza, o autoridades administrativas, que afecten o puedan afectar a la Compradora luego de efectuada la operación de que da cuenta este instrumento y que puedan afectar los...".

"there are no claims, claims or claims..."??? AAARGH!!! :(
