Serán a cargo de la parte arrendataria, los gastos de butano, agua, *****saneamiento, energía eléctrica, mantenimiento de la piscina y el jardín por una empresa especializada de su elección, así como el mantenimiento de las puertas eléctricas tanto de entrada a la vivienda como el garaje, además del teléfono en su caso, y cualesquiera otros que tengan relación con el uso de la vivienda arrendada, aunque los recibos vayan a nombre de la parte arrendadora.

Not sure what saneamiento refers to in this context. Maintenance? Plumbing? Any help pls?
