Source text:

My try:

THE CONTRACTED PARTY will be liable for any occupational injury suffered by its personnel, and it shall bear the recovery costs at its own expense.

Estimados colegas,

shall resolve such cases at its own expense
Explanation:
Hi Lydianette,

In practice I believe your interpretation is correct, but I would stay as literal as possible on the translation of "solución," since claim/dispute resolution can take on many different forms. I agree that in most cases it'll be the company cutting the aggrieved party a paycheck for medical costs, but under some agreements 'solucion' can also be something like paying for that person to be retrained for a different position, payments for irreparable future harm, etc.

Also, I'd choose between "at its expense" and "shall bear" since the two are synonymous.

In my example:
correrá por su cuenta -> at its own expense
la solución del mismo -> resolve such cases (with cases referring to "cualquier tipo.."
