A menos que las partes acuerden lo contrario, cualquier controversia o reclamo que surja o que se relacione con este Acuerdo y que siga sin resolverse **después de la negociación** entre EL CONTRATANTE y EL CONTRATADO en relación con la correcta ejecución y/o interpretación del presente Contrato y que no pudiese ser resuelta por mutuo acuerdo, se resolverá por medio de arbitradores o amigables componedores.
