Spanish term or phrase: 20% a 30 días el 28 del mes a la entrega
Hi I am translating a legal agreement in relation to one company buying dairy product machinery from another company.

The section where the above phrase comes is "Forma de Pago" - "Method of Payment":

50% al pedido por transferencia contra presentación de garantías bancarias que finalizarán a la firma del acta de recepción provisional.
20% a 30 días el 28 del mes a la entrega DAP Lugo Contra aval bancario hasta la recepción provisional
20% a 30 días el 28 del mes a la recepción provisional.
10% a 30 días 28 de mes a la recepción definitiva.

I was originally going to translate this as "20% within 30 days on the 28th of the month upon...delivery" but it seems a bit strange to have a 30 day payment period but then refer to payment on a specific date (28th of the month). Could it mean "20% within 30 days from the 28th of the month upon...delivery"?

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
