agree  philgoddard: You don't need to say agreement, though. A lease is an agreement.

  -> You're dead right, Phil. I actually meant to leave off agreement; if you click the link I posted you'll see it's a Google search for "non-residential lease". Thanks

agree  Robert Carter: Or "commercial lease agreement". I would stick to convention and use "lease agreement" in the title, as drafters generally do, even if they subsequently use just "lease" in the text.

  -> Thanks, Robert. Thought I'd play it safe with "commercial" as they didn't say "comercial" in Spanish. Very good idea about sticking to convention.
