Smash, creo que está mal redactado. Para mí no tiene ningún sentido lo de "será Fuerza Mayor la denuncia de fuerza mayor y no imputabilidad". En primer lugar ¿por qué "Fuerza Mayor" en mayúscula? Y, en segundo lugar, la expresión es "ser de fuerza mayor" con la preposición "de", no "ser fuerza mayor". Espérate a que alguien te comente algo por si estoy equivocada, pero yo creo que deberías preguntarle al cliente.
