not at all used to legal terms and i've no idea how to translate "dentro del regimen de la ley"

XXX is registered with the National Office of Industry and Business Development under Law 54/1998 for the Legal Stability of Investments by means of Resolution No. 002 of 9 February 2007?

thanks very much for the feedback but i'd need to find a way of mentioning the law 54/1998 (as in the original sentence above) which would still leave me with the doubt as to whether i should use "under Law 54/1998" for example?!?!?

Note that a specific law has a capital letter in UK English, but I don't know about US English...
