The term appears under the heading DILIGENCIA DE ARCHIVO Y CIERRE, as follows:
Se extiende para hacer constar que el día XX/XX/XXXX, el Policía Local con CP XXXX se pone en contacto con el consulado Británico al objeto de interesarse por el
estado del subdito británico XXX XXXX.
— Que es informado de los derechos que asisten al lesionado XXX XXX, manifestando que- si bien la familia desea presentar denuncia, de momento no lo ha manifestado formalmente, reservándose de momento el derecho a interponerla.
