Thank you very much. I have not the slightest doubt this is the correct answer.

The two sentences that follow the last "resulta" are: " COMSIDERANDO: Que con fecha veintiseis de marzo de mil novecientos ochenta y cuatro, comparecio ante este juzgdo el senor......, interponiendo demanda de Divorcio contra su esposa.....invocando como causal de divorcio abandono manifiesto por mas de dos anos, por parte de la antes mencionada......CONSIDERANDO; Que el matrimonio se disuelve entre otras causas por las que establece el articulo 143 del Codigo Civil en su numeral 8, la cual establece el "El abandono manifiesto por uno de los conyuge,por mas de dos anos.
