Spanish term or phrase: QUEDA ENTERADA RESERVÁNDOSE EL PROCEDER
I'm translating a legal document about a victim's rights following a car accident in Spain from Spanish into British English. The document (ACTA INFORMACIÓN DE DERECHOS AL PERJUDICADO U OFENDIDO) sets out the rights, then at the end, the victim has to sign and select whether he wishes to claim what he is entitled to: Si/No/QUEDA ENTERADA RESERVÁNDOSE EL PROCEDER. I understand what this means but I'm unsure how to translate it, maybe 'I understand and reserve the right to take legal action'.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
