Law/Patents - Law (general)
Spanish term or phrase: Secretaría de Biblioteca y Jurisprudencia
This comes from a law issued in Neuquén, Argentina. At the very top of the document in the header is the seal for the Secretaría de Biblioteca y Jurisprudencia of the Province. I just need to find an adequate translation for this division. They want the "Secretariat" part maintained, I just don't know how to render "Biblioteca y Jurisprudencia."

Here is a link to the regulation which established this department, and their mission, describing their functions, can be found in Article 2.

Secretariat for Law Libraries and Jurisprudence
Explanation:
The "mission" described below clearly involves administering all jursiprudence/caselaw as well as libraries:

Code law systems use the term "jurisprudence" and personally I would not translate this as "caselaw".

Artículo 2º:
La misión de la “Secretaría de Biblioteca y Jurisprudencia del Poder
Judicial de la Provincia de Neuquén” es:
a) Administrar y realizar el tratamiento documental de toda la información jurídica y administrativa emitida por los distintos tribunales y organismos del Poder Judicial;
b) Gestionar los recursos y adquisiciones bibliográficas de la Biblioteca del Poder Judicial;
c) Gestionar y administrar los recursos de Bibliotecas del interior de la provincia

neutral  Robert Carter: Jurisprudencia and jurisprudence are false friends as far as I can tell, Chris. What they term as "jurisprudencia" in Spanish is effectively caselaw in English; whereas jurisprudence refers to the science of law (in English).

  -> I really see "jurisprudence" as an overarching term combining legal theory, doctrine and caselaw
