24, si la gestión hubiera sido de beneficio general; y con relación a la cuota parte defendida, si fuere en el solo beneficio del patrocinado."

Source is an Argentine statute regarding legal fees for attorneys, solicitors, etc. This particular section is about insolvency and bankruptcy cases. I don't particularly understand what is meant by the entire clause "si la gestión hubiera sido de beneficio general."
