Hola, estoy traduciendo una ley orgánica de un colegio federado y no encuentro cómo traducir el térmio "alcance" usado en este sentido:

Esta Ley fue publicada en el Alcance N° 3 de la Gaceta N°11 del 15 de enero de 1966.

Encontré esta referencia como "insert": Executive Decree No. 31845-MOPT, published in insert No. 27, Official Gazette No. 119 of 18 June 2004. Pero no estoy 100% segura de que sea el uso correcto.

I can see where the translator was coming from in choosing "insert", as in a newspaper supplement, but I think it's the wrong choice of word.
