agree  Manuel Cedeño Berrueta: Agree, but the original text uses the wrong preposition: réplica a =contestación a => answer/reply to; réplica de = copia/reproducción de => copy/replication of. The same difference as between "replication to" and "replication of" in English. Saludos.

  -> Thanks, Manuel. I agree that "réplica DE" should be "réplica A", but from the context I believe this can only be referring to a response to an official action.
