El numero de seguro social del promovente es XXX.

El numero de seguro social de la promovida es XXX.

[The KudoZ glossary has "party" for promovente, although such a translation would clearly not fit the present contexts since there are two parties involved and each is referred to by a distinct term in the Spanish.]
