Dear Colleagues,
I have been asked to translate the following section from the Spanish Code of Civil Procedure. I would appreciate it if any of you English natives out there would take a quick look and tell me if you find anything wrong.

Many thanks in advance!

First comes the original Spanish version:

Artículo 6. Capacidad para ser parte.

And now my translation

Section 6. Capacity to become a party.
1. The following persons may be parties to proceedings brought before civil courts:
1. Private persons.
2. A conceived but yet unborn child, for all favorable intents and purposes.
3. Bodies corporate.
4. Separate estates which temporarily have no holder or whose holder has been deprived of his/her powers of disposition and management.
5. Entities which do not have the status of body corporate but have under the law the capacity to become a party.
6. The Public Prosecutor, in those proceedings in which it must act, under the law, as party.
7. Consumer or user groups affected by a harmful event, where the individuals making up such groups are or may be easily identified. To bring a lawsuit in court it will be necessary for the group to be formed by a majority of the affected parties.
2. Without prejudice to the liability which may fall under the law upon the managers or participants, a lawsuit may in any event be filed against entities which, while not meeting the statutory requirements to become bodies corporate, are made up of a combination of persons and assets pursuing a particular purpose.
