Esta frase aparece en una ley de Argentina sobre regímenes promocionales para la exploración y explotación de hidrocarburos (26.154) y en uno de los artículos dice:
"Cupo Fiscal. El cupo fiscal total de los beneficios promocionales se fijará anualmente en la respectiva ley de Presupuesto para la Administración nacional. El cupo referido será distribuido por la autoridad de aplicación...."

Sinceramente, no me termina de quedar claro a que se refiere la frase "cupo fiscal" y por ende no estoy segura de cómo traducirlo. Tax rate????

I've seen "cupo" used by itself to mean tax share. I imagine that "cupo fiscal" is just a more specific way to say the same thing.

If you need a citation, "Wiley's English-Spanish / Spanish-English Business Dictionary" translates "cupo" as "quota / share / tax share." (It's not my favorite business dictionary by a long shot, but I think they have this one right.)
