"Real estate not affected by [or, "not under jurisdiction of"] the Ministry of Foreign Affairs"...that simply doesn't sound right. I understand that the document is talking about real estate assets that have been excluded from the total comprehensive income amounts. What puzzles me is the use of the acronym. Suggestions?
